Postcards


The rules are really very simple. Javier Luengo was kind enough to get us started by writing a postcard from Spain. You can use his example as a model, keeping in mind the following guidelines.

1. We will try to feature a new postcard every one to two weeks. Our biggest bottleneck is insuring translations. You can assist us by sending your postcard in one of the following languages: English, French, Spanish or Italian.

2. Please write clearly, or provide a typed text if in doubt. Limit yourself to from 50 to 100 words, i.e., about the space you'll find on a typical postcard.

3. Remember you are writing for scjs who know nothing/or very little about the purpose, history and nature of the building and/or work pictured in your postcard.

4. If you do not have a postcard a simple photo will do as well.

5. Please geographically locate the picture, e.g., the city, town, state/region and country.

6. Finally, as the editor is currently in North America, and will be in North and South America until September, please send your postcards to:
